of candidates, gathering referrals and market intelligence, checking
referrals, surfing the internet and, if necessary advertising.

slate of candidates with dynamic experience giving our clients the
opportunity to choose the best fit.

Extensive interviewing of candidates to establish their motivation
and level of interest in a given position results in short-listing
the best candidates for our client to interview. During the hiring
process we challenge the client to define the career path to attract
the best professional employees. Additionally, a compensation level
commensurate with the clients internal equity and external
competitiveness is a governing factor in designing the search to
attract and keep long term employees.

Given an acceptable matching of the preferred candidate's skills,
experience and motivation with the accountabilities of the position
and a career path, our role in negotiating mutually acceptable terms
and conditions comes into play. We are able to take into account
the needs and preferences of each party and to help fine tune compensation
and other terms and conditions, so that a written offer can be formulated
in accord with the clients corporate policy.
